We own the volunteer run Sidmouth Museum, highly popular with tourists and townsfolk alike
The SVA was formed in 1846 to protect the landscape and amenities of the Sid Valley

The theatre tradition of weekly repertory theatre is alive and kicking in Sidmouth - this talk looks at its history and how it continues to thrive against the odds. The plays, the people and the theatre provide a fascinating history which has stretched over 68 years.

Paul Smith has been involved in the theatre in one way or another for over 50 years and now is a theatrical journalist and reviewer based in Devon.
